The RoleAs a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in raising the bar within the design team. You’ll lead on complex projects across onboarding and activation journeys, redesigning legacy trading platforms, and delivering seamless end-to-end customer experiences. You’ll be hands-on across UX/UI, prototyping, and research while also helping to upskill and mentor the team.

Your Skills and ExperienceStrong experience in end-to-end product design (UX and UI).Skilled in Figma and design systems (component libraries).Exposure to complex, data-heavy or regulated domains (fintech desirable).Confident collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and lifecycle teams.Strong research exposure with the ability to test and iterate rapidly.
