Assembly Technician

Kinetic Industrial are proud to be supporting a leading global engineering company in the recruitment of a Assembly Technician to join their team on a full-time, 6-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Technician with mechanical and electrical experience to join a well-established and innovative business.This role will be based primarily at the company''s Milton Keynes site, with occasional travel to a nearby location. When required, travel between sites will be completed using company pool vehicles.Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm Some overtime may be availableResponsibilities: Carry out mechanical and electrical assemblies Follow build and test work instructions accurately Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe workplace Use a range of hand tools, machinery, and testing equipment (e.g. volt meters) Participate in troubleshooting operations, engineering trials and builds Assist with ad-hoc technical tasks as required Report safety concerns and follow all health and safety procedures Support continuous process improvements and contribute to a culture of quality and safety Work both independently and collaboratively with the wider teamRequirements: Previous experience in both mechanical and electrical systems is essential Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions Confident using hand tools, machinery, and preferably testing equipment Battery assembly and testing experience is desirable but not essential Proven ability ..... full job details .....
