Job Description:

This is a sales-first role at one of Europe’s hottest early-stage companies. They’re looking for commercially-minded go-getters to drive growth, build pipeline, and help scale a high-performing go-to-market engine. Expect rapid progression, hands-on learning, and exposure to everything from outbound prospecting to closing deals alongside a seasoned leadership team.

Location:

London, UK

Responsibilities:

Prospect, qualify, and generate pipeline with creative outbound campaigns

Support leadership on sales pipeline and customer-facing activities

Craft messaging and iterate on outbound playbooks

Help close deals and nurture relationships with senior execs

Ideal Candidate:

1–4 years in high-performance environments (consulting, banking, startups, etc.)

Hungry to learn sales fast (B2B SaaS experience not required)

Top percentile performer with grit, curiosity, and entrepreneurial drive

Outstanding communicator who loves winning and hates losing

Compensation:

Base up to £40k + £20–25k commission + £15–20k equity
