OverviewAn award-winning Entertainment company with a global presence

is seeking a proactive Office Manager with proven experience in an

Entertainment, TV, or Media environment

to join their London team full-time. This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities within a supportive environment that values professional growth. You will play a central role in overseeing office operations across the UK divisions, working closely with Events, HR, People Operations, Health and Safety, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

Directly manage a team of three Operations staff and oversee their schedules to ensure seamless coverage

Efficiently manage office space utilization, internal relocations, and production setups/closures

Conduct regular office inspections, maintain high presentation standards, and propose design improvements

Supervise security, cleaning, and other service contractors (including catering and building maintenance)

Support Health and Safety compliance and carry out risk assessments

Coordinate work experience programs and the integration of new starters with IT systems

Organize staff gatherings, screenings, charity events, and other company functions

Maintain accurate and relevant intranet content

Qualifications

Minimum three years’ experience in office and facilities management within an Entertainment, TV, or Media environment (essential)

Practical experience in Health and Safety management; IOSH accreditation is a plus

Proven ability to coordinate events and manage operational teams

Strong communication skills and the ability to manage staff effectively

Experience supervising junior staff and managing day-to-day office operations

Ability to work full-time onsite in the London office

Additional InformationThis is a full-time, onsite role based in the London office, requiring presence five days a week. It is a hands-on position for a proactive, highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
