Agile Project Manager Blackburn / WFH to £70k Are you a tech savvy Agile Project Manager? You could be progressing your career at a growing software and technology consultancy. As an Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful, strategic delivery of complex, cross-functional engineering programmes. You will lead complex, multi-team initiatives end-to-end, from concept and design through to build, testing and release, managing scope, dependencies and delivery outcomes. A key focus will be driving cross-team alignment and ensuring smooth execution across engineering and business functions. You''ll champion Agile and Scrum best practices, oversee key metrics such as velocity and capacity and provide clear, transparent reporting to stakeholders. Acting as an escalation point, you''ll remove impediments, coach teams on delivery excellence and lead core Agile ceremonies. You will also take ownership of programme risks and release strategy, ensuring deployments are well-coordinated, environments are ready and delivery remains stable, predictable and high quality. Location / WFH: You can work from home most of the time, meeting up with colleagues in the office occasionally (you must be commutable within the Blackburn / Bolton / Preston area).
