This role is full-time (40 hours a week) and you will work a variety of shifts between the hours of 07.30-18.30, Monday-Friday, 52 weeks of the year.

You will be room-based, leading a team caring for children aged 0-5 years old.

£31,844.80-£35,380.80 per annum (pro-rata) / £15.31-£17.01 per hour (based on experience and qualifications). From day 1:

You are:

Passionate about making learning fun; your exceptional EYFS knowledge and Key Person experience enables you to inspire young children to reach their full potential. Naturally nurturing; you care about others and their well-being and the children (and colleagues) in your care feel happy and safe. An advocate for partnership working; you thrive as part of a team environment, are a positive role model and you enjoy building meaningful and respectful relationships with others.

A full and relevant early years qualification at level 3 or above is essential for this role.
