Morgan Chase''s technology and business leaders to drive the firm''s technology strategy.As a Senior Associate on the Global Technology (GT) Strategy team, you will play a crucial role in defining and deconstructing problems for the organization. Our technology organization is a world-class team employing an innovative, disciplined and business focused approach to develop a wide variety of high-quality products and solutions. Across 14 technology hubs worldwide, our team of 50,000+ technologists design, build and deploy everything from enterprise technology initiatives to big data and mobile solutions, as well as innovations in Generative AI, electronic payments, cybersecurity, machine learning, and cloud development.The GT Strategy team is an internal strategy consulting team that works with the GT Executive Team to drive technology strategy and enable innovation across the firm. Our goal is to lead the creation of strategies and plans that define how technology should be utilized to enable an organization''s overall business strategy.Job ResponsibilitiesDefining and deconstructing high priority problems for the Global Technology organizationStructuring and building quantitative and qualitative/conceptual analysesAnalyzing operational and financial dataPerforming competitor/industry research leveraging both public and non-public sourcesWorking collaboratively with team members across LOBs and staff areasIdentifying implications and "so whats" of data and analysis with the teamConcisely synthesize and communicate complex topics in digestible narratives for senior managementRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsDiverse problem solving experience, such as experience with a top management consulting firm or in other generalist problem solving environments across finance or technology sectorsAn outstanding ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently (both oral and written), work well in cross-functional teamComfortable working with all levels of the organization including senior executivesA demonstrable passion for and understanding of great user experiences and technologyAbility to work in a team environment and independentlyExcellent and efficient skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint tools (absolutely required)Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsUndergraduate degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Engineering (or related field)Experience applying data analysis to solve business problems in fast-moving environmentExperience with cross-functional collaboration, including influencing stakeholders and working with diverse teams.About UsJ.P.
