Following a restructure, we are recruiting for this newly created role — Head of Enterprise Architecture, Integration and Governance. We are investing in Future Technology platforms and services to enable us to be future fit and fulfill our vision of being the UK''s leading provider of early morning supply chain solutions. This includes a new WMS, Transport System, CRM and Data Warehouse.This is a senior role responsible for defining and leading the enterprise-wide architecture strategy, ensuring seamless integration across systems, and establishing governance frameworks to support business objectives. It collaborates with business and technology leaders to drive digital transformation, optimize IT investments, and align technology with the company’s strategic vision.This is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark in a new role as we implement and embed brand new technology supporting business transformation.About you
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience10+ years of experience in similar technology rolesProven leadership experience in managing IT teams and driving technology strategyStrong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.)Expertise in cloud computing, SaaS, APIs, and microservices architectureExperience with middleware, integration platforms, and data governanceStrong background in modern application architectures, including microservices, containerization, and DevOpsKnowledge of security, compliance, and risk management frameworksExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsWhat we can offer you
