EQUANS is recruiting for a Mobile Multiskilled Engineer to join our team supporting a key Healthcare contract in the Dudley area. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of mechanical and general maintenance tasks, including PPM, reactive works, and minor installations. This is a mobile role with potential support to the wider Bristol and Oxford regions as required.This is a critical position within a high-performing engineering team, ensuring facilities are maintained to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairsComplete accurate and timely reports, paperwork, and compliance documentationPerform minor mechanical installations and general maintenanceControl and supervise sub-contractors and safety documentationManage spare part requirements and report on repair statusParticipate in out-of-hours call-out rota (currently 1 in 3)Ensure all works are carried out with a customer-first approachKey Technical Competencies

Plumbing (City and Guilds / NVQ Level 3 - essential)Drainage, pressure systems, TMVs, sanitary wareHeating systems, pumps, AHUs, thermal wheelsGeneral building services maintenanceUnderstanding of BMS and fire/life safety systemsGeneral handyman dutiesQualifications and Experience Required

Recognised Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services qualificationCity and Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Pipework (essential)HTM Compliance awareness (RP/AP roles desirable)Health and Safety and Legionella AwarenessTMV City and GuildsIPAF 3a and 3b (desirable)Person Profile
