Sales Coordinator £30,000 - £35,000 DOE Essex The Role We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and efficient Sales Coordinator to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will support the full sales cycle from customer engagement to order processing while working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, operational accuracy, and excellent customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication, analytical capability, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. What will you be doing? Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers, including regular on-site visits. Contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction by responding promptly to emails, calls, and enquiries. Provide professional, solution-focused support to customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and retention. Raise new sales orders, check stock availability, and manage the order lifecycle through to dispatch. Liaise regularly with internal teams including Operations, Procurement, and Warehouse to resolve stock, supply, and delivery issues. Manage the orderbook, ensuring accuracy, timely updates, and full visibility of upcoming customer demand. Process monthly consumption data and create customer forecasts; review parts performance and identify growth opportunities.
