Job Objectives Create a complete packaging strategy to reflect the needs of the business covering end to end value stream which includes all suppliers, sites and customers Design and develop packaging solutions for new and existing products, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, handling needs and industry regulations and standards. Conduct feasibility studies and material selection processes to identify optimal packaging materials that meet performance and cost targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including RandD, manufacturing, and quality assurance to validate packaging designs through testing and prototyping. Lead projects to improve packaging efficiency and sustainability, analyzing lifecycle impacts and proposing innovative solutions.
