NDT Tester Required Milton Keynes Salary: Up to £40 000 basic (40 hours)Overtime paid at 1.5x over 40 hours/2X Saturday and Sunday Shifts: Monday to Friday 6:00-14:00 The OpportunityNDT Technician required to transfer to the Rail Sector and play a vital role in ensuring the safety and reliability of fleets of trains. Working in an industry with heavy government backing and a business that is the UK s leader in its sector, you will find job security, cutting-edge technology, and long-term career growth, whilst being part of a sector that keeps the nation moving!Location:Milton Keynes Key Responsibilities: Conducting NDT inspections using methods such as ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, dye penetrant, eddy current, and visual testing.Interpreting and evaluating test results according to applicable codes, standards, and specifications.Documenting findings and preparing detailed reports on the condition and integrity of materials and structures. The Candidate Relevant experience in non-destructive testing.Certification in one or more NDT methods (e.g., ASNT Level I/II, ISO 9712) is highly desirable.
