Senior Manager responsibility for a diverse portfolio of personal tax compliance clientsIdentifying personal tax planning opportunities and assisting in driving the delivery of those advisory assignmentsPlaying a key role in the delivery of estate and inheritance tax planning services to clientsTraining and mentoring trainees within the team, developing their professional skillsBuilding and maintaining trusted client relationshipsOverseeing the financial management of your portfolioContributing to the firm’s Business Development initiatives

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

ACA and/or CTA qualified.Experience in personal tax compliance or managing a portfolio that delivers personal tax and estate planning servicesStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to and a keen interest in developing exceptional client relationshipsProficiency in identifying and delivering tax planning opportunitiesSolid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficientlyLeadership and mentoring skills, with experience in developing junior staffCommercial awareness, with the ability to contribute to business developmentA proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
