Overview

Group Director of FPandA and Commercial Finance (18-month secondment as US CFO) for a scaling British, PE-backed Luxury Fashion label. Reporting to the CEO and partnering with CFO, COO and department heads, you will lead the in-year forecasting, long-range financial planning, and support all commercial and strategic investment decisions. You will also be hands-on with your team to deliver details and insights at Board level.Responsibilities

Lead in-year forecasting and long-range financial planning across the business.Direct a team of 8 FPandA and Commercial Finance Business Partners (3 direct reports).Collaborate with CEO, CFO, COO and department heads (Creative and Design) to drive strategic financial decisions and performance.Partner on commercial investments and strategic initiatives with robust data analysis and insights.Maintain a proactive, hands-on approach and ensure delivery beyond a caretaker stance during the 18-month secondment.Qualifications and Experience

Recent and deep experience in the Luxury retail / fashion sectors is essential.Strong data analysis capabilities and the ability to translate insights into strategic action.Experience operating at Board level and partnering with C-suite executives.Ability to work across multiple stakeholders, including Creative and Design heads.Seniority
