.Job Description
ResponsibilitiesFront Office OperationsOversee daily front office operations, ensuring adherence to departmental standards and proceduresCoordinate with support departments to resolve administrative and operational issuesManage room inventory, liaising with Housekeeping to meet guest arrival timesHandle VIP guests, group movements, and high occupancy situationsAnalyse market trends and motivate staff to up-sell rooms for increased revenueTeam ManagementRecruit, train, and develop front office staffConduct performance reviews and identify team members with potentialPrepare staff schedules and conduct regular departmental meetingsEnsure staff maintain high standards of appearance, attitude, and professionalismQualifications
Experience and Technical skills : 12 years in a similar role, with strong knowledge of Opera Cloud. Demonstrated ability to multitask and make decisive decisions in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
Leadership and Communication : Proven ability to mentor and inspire teams with excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Operational and Strategic mindset : Passion for hotel operations with the ability to think strategically, adapt to change, and stay current with industry trends
