About YouProven experience as a

Contracts Manager

or similar role in construction, building surveying, or technical disciplines

Strong understanding of fire protection systems, frameworks, and Building Safety legislation

Excellent client-facing and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and deliver complex projects

Knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts, and ability to interpret technical drawings

Relevant qualifications such as HNC/HND/Degree in Construction or related discipline (IFE Level 2/3 desirable)
