A young company with an established presence within the industry, they have amassed with 5 years, a list of diverse clients ranging from local authorities and high net worth individuals.The type of work they do includes, but is not limited to: - Specialist Refurbishment - Internal and External Refurbishment - Traditional Construction - Commercial and Residential Fit Out - New Build (Including Local Authority/Social Housing and High-End Residential) My client is looking for a strong Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 5+ years experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor or specialist sub-contractor who does similar work. As this role will be for the company''s Contracting Division, they require the successful candidate to have good knowledge of external refurbishment for local authorities.
