Helping clients unlock value from their information assets through collaboration with domain experts and by embedding innovative data analytics solutions in existing services linesLeading diverse teams with varying skillsets, who use different Data and Analytics technologiesAdapting leadership style to fit team, client, and cultural needs; anticipate and identify risks and escalate issues as appropriate; coach and counsel junior members of the teamWorking in multi-disciplinary teams across a range of industries to help our clients transform and improve their businessContributing to the growth of the team with energy, enthusiasm, and the courage to lead and develop othersDrawing on knowledge and experience to create innovative insights that add value to clients and to broader societyChampioning operational efficiency improvements on projects and internal initiativesConsistently driving projects to completion with high quality outputContributing to the development of the wider Data and Analytics team by building our brand, attending relevant events, collaborating with internal teams, and producing thought leadershipActively establishing, maintaining, and strengthening internal and external relationships; with guidance from partners, directors, and senior managers, identifying potential business opportunities for EYSkills and attributes for success

Relevant experience in consulting or industry with significant management experienceDemonstrated ability to supervise and develop others, communicate effectively, manage budgets and client expectations, and deliver quality projects on timeAbility to communicate technical information to non-technical colleagues and clientsProven work experience as a Data ArchitectExperience gathering and analysing system requirementsProven cloud data architecture experience (Azure/AWS)Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databasesAbility to design cloud architectures at conceptual, logical, and physical levelsAnalytical mindset and ability to apply new techniques to deliver insights and solve problemsProfessional with ability to work in diverse, evolving, and dynamic client environmentsExperience in data analytics lifecycle areas such as: Cloud and Data Architecture, Data Pipelines and ETL/ELT, Data Modelling, Data GovernanceA completed degree (bachelors, masters, or PhD) or relevant professional experienceAdvantageous to have data-related cloud certifications in Azure and/or AWSTo qualify for the role, you must have
