This is an exciting opportunity to take on a pivotal leadership role within a high-performing organisation that provides clinically informed, outcome-focused family assessments in a safe, nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Family Assessment Centre, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with Ofsted regulations. Oversee staff supervision, development, and performance to ensure a motivated and skilled workforce. Ensure all assessments are delivered to the highest quality standards, with a strong focus on safeguarding, evidence-based practice, and positive family outcomes. Maintain accurate records and ensure all practice meets regulatory and legislative requirements. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, commissioners, and local authorities to ensure effective partnership working.
