About the Role We are seeking a resilient and empathetic SEMH Teaching Assistant to support students who require additional help managing their emotions and behaviour in school, starting after April 2026.This role involves working closely with students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, helping them to engage with learning, develop coping strategies, and build positive relationships within the school environment.
