Responsibilities

Lead a vertical and be responsible for business development, management of major client accounts and development of clients on a cross-functional, international basis.

Support growth of the firm''s presence and reputation in this vertical and participate in training initiatives (the client will invest heavily in your training).

Operate in a non-billing role with high earning potential.

Team and Industry

The client has 20 heads, 35% bilingual, and aims to grow to 35/40 heads in the next 2 years, developing both Business Functions and Hierarchies within the Research Team and the Client Partner team.

Industries: Automotive, Life Sciences, Chemical andProcess and FB/Consumer.

Requirements

At least 3 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably with a track record of working in a retained environment, as 90% of their business is retained.

Language skills are desirable; international experience is desirable but not essential. You should be willing to travel across Europe to meet prestigious clients.
