This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and forward-thinking Finance Manager to take the reins of a small finance operations team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining strong financial processes, leading on month-end and year-end close, and cultivating a high-performance culture within the team. This role is hybrid working, with 3 days on site and 2 days from home.Salary: Up to 60,000 Your Key Responsibilities:Oversee and inspire a team of three finance professionals, all currently pursuing finance qualifications. Provide mentoring, coaching, and day-to-day support to help them thrive.Supervise daily financial operations across purchase ledger, sales ledger, and commission accounts, ensuring everything runs smoothly and accurately.Take ownership of the month-end close process, including preparing timely management accounts in accordance with reporting schedules.Maintain and review all balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring full accuracy and appropriate documentation at all times.Act as a point of contact for external auditors, preparing audit-ready schedules and explanations to support ..... full job details .....
