Part Time Customer Services Advisor

Job Title: Part-Time Customer Service Advisor
Location: Corby
Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00pm – 5:00pm (20 hours per week)
We’re currently looking for a reliable and professional Part-Time Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and supportive team based in Corby. In this role, you''ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling a incoming and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to deliver friendly, efficient, and solution-focused support will be key.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls efficiently and professionally
Assist customers with orders, enquiries, and general product information
Resolve customer issues or escalate where necessary
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Deliver a courteous, friendly, and helpful service at all times
Requirements:
Minimum 12 months of phone-based customer service experience
Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Great attention to detail and competent computer skills
Positive attitude and team-player mindset
Be able to hit the ground running
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 1:00pm – 5:00pm (20 hours per week)
