Taking control of bespoke, affordable and private housing developments ''post planning'' your responsibilities will include.

- Producing construction information

- Cost control

- Overseeing the work from team members

- Working with external consultants

We would like to hear from applicants who have worked on housing projects who are proficient with AutoCAD.- You should be able to run multiple projects and have a through understanding of construction legislations.
