We re looking for an Employment Advisor to support individuals on the WorkWell Programme. You ll work directly with people who need tailored support to return to employment, helping them build confidence, develop skills and take positive steps forward. This is a hands on role where you ll guide customers through their journey, plan personalised support, and work with partners and employers to create real job opportunities.
