Software Applications Support Team LeaderOur client is looking for an IT Software Applications Support Team Leader to join ASAP. You will be accountable for the provision of first class applications technical support for the organisations applications and ensure the successful and reliable operation of key applications, including technical support for users and service owner, planning upgrades and performing preventative maintenance.You will also be tasked with enabling and facilitating the work of the Application Support Engineers.Hybrid workingStart - ASAP Location - London Key responsibilities Provide leadership and guidance to the application support team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions.Conduct security assessments and implement necessary security measures.Prioritise and manage multiple support tickets, ensuring critical issues are addressed promptly.Work with development teams to test and deploy application enhancements and updates.Maintain technical documentation and create self-service documentation for users.Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, contributing to sprints as a business representative and resource.Develop and maintain application roadmaps and contribute to annual planning activities.Provide business relationship management, ensuring alignment between IT and business objectives.
