Overview

The Senior Event Manager will be responsible for the conception to completion, planning and delivery of some of our flagship Europe and Asia based awards and summits within the financial sector for With Intelligence. The role also involves line management of two team members. This busy role would suit an articulate and confident senior event manager who has existing line management experience along with meticulous attention to detail. Existing experience within high end events is essential along with the ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. This role also requires experience and competencies within event platforms and software systems as well as a fast learner who can onboard quickly across multiple platforms.Please note this is a 1 year fixed-term contract.Responsibilities

Reports into Deputy Head of Event OperationsEnd to end project managementBudget managementEnd-to-end Awards scheme management: securing judges, tracking entries, coordinating shortlisting and judging, managing table bookings and executing flawless ceremoniesLiaise with and manage all internal and external event stakeholdersManagement of internal deadlines and reporting systemsManagement of flagship annual series including overseeing growth and development of the eventAbility to think outside the box to create and design new initiatives for event attendees onsiteLine managementUse of various platforms and software systemsPost-event evaluation and de-briefQualifications
