BAE Systems is looking for a Commercial / Quantity Surveyor to manage sub-contract accounts and support project delivery at our Scotstoun site.Key Responsibilities:Manage commercial aspects of sub-contracts and ensure contracts are completed on time and within budget.Advise project teams on contract performance and commercial matters.Source labour, materials, and sub-contractors, managing tenders and procurement processes.Resolve issues and support dispute resolution as required.Skills and Experience:Essential:Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.Construction sector Quantity Surveying experience.Strong understanding of contracting and pricing.Desirable:RICS/MCIPS membership or working towards.Knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts.Experience leading a small team.
