Working from our Principal Office, your day to day will be a bit like this: Providing a brilliant customer experience by developing relationships with our members Ensure customers receive excellent service (regardless of channel), address enquiries, resolve issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Working proactively and collaboratively with other colleagues across the Society, you''ll be responsible for delivering great customer outcomes. Utilising our financial products, you will be supporting our members through key life events through our remote channels.
