Finance and Operations Officer - TringPertemps is currently recruiting for a Finance Operations Officer for our client in Hertfordshire.Salary: 36,000 - 38,000 (DOE)Hours: 9 am-5 pmHybridJob overview:To deliver high-quality financial support and insightful analysis that drives strategic and operational decision-making, while supporting the efficient and compliant administration. This role plays a key part in ensuring financial accuracy, operational effectiveness, and adherence to all relevant legislation and internal compliance.Duties:- Oversee the day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.- Prepare monthly management accounts and assist with financial reporting packs.- Support long-term financial planning and scenario modelling to inform strategic decisions.- Process invoices, payments, and employee expense claim accurately and on time.- Ensure full compliance with current accounting standards- Preparation of payroll and pension files for payroll bureau/pension provider associated administration.- Liaising with external auditors, banking contacts, and financial advisers- Assist with external annual financial auditsAdministration:- Provide administrative support for the effective operation- Offer cover for key administrative functions during staff absences.- Assist with on boarding of new team members.- Perform other ad hoc duties as required by the Head of Finance and OperationsRequirements:- Bachelor''s degree ..... full job details .....
