Interim Group AccountantLondon Based Office (5 days p/w on site) | £350-£400 per day | 3-6 months

We''re supporting a leading international hospitality and lifestyle business with the hire of an interim Group Accountant. This is a technically focused role providing support across group consolidations, statutory reporting and audit delivery.

Key responsibilities

Ownership of consolidated statutory reporting under IFRS across multiple international entities

Preparation and review of technical accounting papers (leases, FX, revenue recognition, impairments)

Liaison with external auditors, ensuring smooth year-end delivery

Strengthening balance sheet controls and embedding robust reporting frameworks

Supporting monthly group consolidations and reconciliations

Acting as a subject matter expert for technical accounting queries across the finance team

What we''re looking for

Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or equivalent), ideally practice trained (Big 4/top 10)

Strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly IFRS

Proven experience with multi-entity consolidations in an international group

Confident working in a fast-paced environment, able to add value quickly

Hospitality, leisure or consumer sector experience a plus (not essential)
