Pay will start at 12.88ph (weekly or monthly) Job role summary:Coordination and scheduling of machine installations, collections and movements Role Responsiblities: Coordinating with client and LSP to organize installation, collection and relocation of equipmentReceive delivery and process machines returned from customers by 3rd party logistics companies Arrange for collected devices on RV leases to be returned to the appropriate Leasing company.Allocate daily tasks to Installation teamMonitor the workflow process for machine installsRaise and allocate incidents on Smart for machine installs, relocations and collectionsTimely allocation of incidents to installers / 3rd party logistics companiesClose down incidents issued to 3rd party Logistics companies remotely, following completion of tasks allocated to themDispatch all new equipment from stores on Smart, following machine installations Ensure the timely planning of all movements to maximize revenue opportunityReport any issues timely to maximize chance of quick resolution and customer satisfactionAttend daily operations briefingsAttend weekly workflow catch up meetingsGood understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Previous experience is a similar role is desired but not ..... full job details .....
