Customer Success Specialist, Financial Services at AlphaSense. The Product Specialist role lives at the intersection of sales, customer success, and technical support. It focuses on building relationships with prospective clients by providing support and deep technical knowledge to demonstrate the value of AlphaSense while helping to drive adoption.What You’ll Do

Customer Support:

Field support calls, emails, and chats, locally resolving as much as possible. Port tickets to appropriate teams when needed and remain the customer’s point person through resolution.Customer Health:

Work with account management, speak with and visit users to provide training, customizations, and product consultations.Growth Initiatives:

Assist sales in product pitches and demos. Run trial training calls and overcome common objections to communicate our value proposition.Content Generation:

Identify content that customers care about and package it for distribution by sales and account management, including timely searches/trends for demos or email distribution.Product Direction:

Use deep product and customer knowledge to field feedback and identify product opportunities, relaying information across the organization (account management, account executives, product, management).Who You Are
