Job Description: The Senior MandE Quantity Surveyor will play a pivotal role in managing the financial aspects of our client''s commercial projects. Key Responsibilities: Pre-Contract Duties: Preparing cost estimates and budgets for projects. Assisting with the preparation of tender documentation. Evaluating contractor and subcontractor bids. Negotiating and awarding contracts. Post-Contract Duties: Monitoring project costs and financial reporting. Managing variations and change orders. Conducting regular site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with contract terms. Preparing and submitting interim valuations and final accounts.
