Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to drive the growth and delivery of PM Group''s datacentre PMC business, ensuring consistency, innovation, and operational excellence across all projects.Program and Project Oversight: Oversee multiple large-scale datacentre projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. Sponsor and coordinate specific programs and projects, maintaining rigorous governance and reporting standards.Team Building and Development: Source, attract, and mentor top talent. Build high-performing, collaborative teams and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Develop and implement training and growth programs for PMC personnel.Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
