Events Account Manager

Overview
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, identify new opportunities, secure new and repeat business, and build client relationships alongside managing client event accountsResponsibilities
Develop
and
manage
a portfolio of key accounts, fostering strong relationships with existing clients and supporting implementation of new business.Act as the
key contact
for clients with events and group business, obtaining a
deep understanding
of client business objectives and event requirements to provide
tailored event solutions.Lead regular business review meetings,
analysing data to identify patterns, uncover opportunities and develop strategic plans that
drive client growth.Proactively engage in
selling our event services , supporting revenue growth and contributing to the growth strategy.Put customers first and deliver the best possible service at all times.Contribute to client’s events through advising on beneficial additional services; creative ideas; business solutions and negotiation.Work alongside Event Managers from kick-off to completion to ensure high level of execution and delivery.Keep the events team informed of significant client developments and ensure internal records are accurate and up to date.Support the escalation process for complaints and client feedback, ensuring issues are addressed efficiently and effectively.Application
