Key Responsibilities for this Sales and Customer Service Role:To attend initial training in the office and our client recommends you also attend ongoing skill development sessions to enhance your ability to make sales and a good customer experienceTo learn about the client, their products and services, important statistics and information which can help you speak with customers and keep them informedTo speak with members of the public within face to face field sales environments with the main purposes to provide a face for the brand, create brand awareness and produce sales on behalf of you clientTo provide feedback on locations, sales stats/ratios to help the company better understand their processes and how to improve them
Requirements:Customer facing experience ideal, but not needed to be successful,
no experience requiredWillingness to undergo training and attend skill development session to improve sales abilityMust be willing and able to commute daily to the office based in ColchesterMust have great English speaking skills
and be comfortable communicating with members of the public
