Job Description:- CNC machine usage to engineer small components- Diagnose and resolve machine issues, adjusting offsets and coordinates as needed to ensure smooth operation- Liaison with all departments to ensure specifications are met- Ability to read and understand complex technical drawings to ensure accurate production.- Set, program, and operate 3 - 4 CNC machines to a high standard- Ensure your work meets the highest standards by performing quality checks on your own output- Complete final stage inspections of components using hand held tools- Work within a team of 5 to create high precision projectsKey Skills and Experience:- Must have at least 3 years of experience in CNC programming - relevant industry experience- Previous roles to include precision engineering- Confident working with a range of materials - plastics, titanium, aluminum- Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings and translate them into precise machine instructions- Confident with hand held measuring tools - calipers, gauges etc- You must be able to quickly adapt to new machinery- Experience using Siemens or Fanuc machinery and programming settings- Haas VF4-SS 4 Axis Vertical machine experience is a bonus- Ability to work with strict timelines on projects- You should be a motivated, flexible team player with a "can-do" attitudeIf you are interested in this position please click ''apply''.Hunter Selection Limited is a recruitment consultancy with offices UK wide, specialising in ..... full job details .....
