Are you passionate about technology, eager to learn, and excited to kickstart your career in IT? Join our client''s friendly, growing IT services team as a Junior IT Support Engineer. This is the perfect role for someone who loves solving problems, enjoys working with people, and wants to get hands-on with real IT projects.

Responsibilities

Be the go-to hero for first-line technical support, helping users by phone, email, or in person.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues across networks, servers, Microsoft 365, Azure, and more.

Get involved in IT projects - from cloud migrations to network upgrades and cybersecurity enhancements.

Monitor and maintain systems, updates, backups, and patching to keep everything running smoothly.

Produce reports, document processes, and help keep IT operations secure and compliant.

Personal Profile / Qualifications

Some experience in an IT support role (MSP experience a bonus!).

A solid grounding in networking, operating systems, and IT security principles.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and common business apps.
