Join this established, therapeutic (PACE and DDP) residential childcare organisation that specialise in small homes in the Greater Manchester and Lancashire area. They currently run two children s homes (Outstanding and Good in all areas) and are in the process of registering a third in the Greater Manchester area. After overwhelming success, they are now looking to open a further two solo-to-two bedded EBD homes in Chorley, Lancashire. This organisation is run by an incredibly experienced Operations Director with almost 20 years working in Residential Childcare herself. You would be responsible for opening two children s homes on a staggered basis and building your own close-knit teams alongside your Deputy Manager from the very beginning.
