Proven experience as a People or HR Business Partner in a commercial, sales-focused environmentConfidence and credibility to influence at all levels, with commercial and sales leadersPrevious experience leading or managing other HR professionalsStrong HR generalist skills and excellent UK employment law knowledgeA proactive, solutions-focused mindset - you love to fix, improve, and innovateEmpathy, integrity, and a belief in the power of peopleThe ability to balance strategy with hands-on delivery in a fast-paced, growing organisationThe Package
