This is a residential service who support people in leading an independent life within a pleasant and homely environment. The large detached house is set within its own private garden with a patio area to spend time when the weather is good. There is a spacious communal lounge and the service can accommodate up to five people.Responsibilities and requirements

Here at Lifeways in Woking we are looking for Support Workers to join our fantastic team. Ideally you will have previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker or Healthcare Assistant. If you are new to care but have a passion for helping others lead their most independent lives, then Lifeways can offer you excellent training and ongoing support to enable you to enjoy a rewarding career with us.For this service we require staff who are able and willing to drive our company cars, therefore you must hold a full UK Driving Licence.Shift patterns and benefits
