Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 5:30pm, Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. No Weekend Working.

THE ROLE
As a Master Vehicle Technician, you will play a key role within the workshop, carrying out advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance while supporting colleagues with your technical expertise.

Key responsibilities include:
·Diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical and electrical faults
·Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards
·Using advanced diagnostic equipment and manufacturer systems
·Supporting and mentoring junior technicians where required
·Completing vehicle health checks and identifying additional repair requirements
·Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards
·Maintaining accurate workshop documentation and job records
·Adhering to all health, safety, and manufacturer compliance procedures

ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will have:
·Previous experience as a Master Technician, Senior Technician, or Diagnostic Technician
·Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification or equivalent
·Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
·Experience working within a franchised dealership or professional workshop environment
·Up-to-date knowledge of modern vehicle systems and technologies
·The ability to work independently and as part of a team
·Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
·Full UK Driving Licence
