About the Role:

This isnandrsquo;t your run-of-the-mill admin gig. As the friendly face of the school office, youandrsquo;ll be:

• Greeting visitors, parents, and pupils (with a warm Shwmae!)
• Handling phone and email enquiries like a pro
• Keeping things ticking with attendance records, registers, and school data systems
• Supporting staff and senior leaders with daily admin duties
• Keeping the school calendar in check and the photocopier stocked (yes, itandrsquo;s part of the magic)

Youandrsquo;ll Need To:

• Be fluent in Welsh (spoken and written)
• Have top-notch admin and organisational skills
• Be confident, approachable, and happy to muck in
• Hold (or be happy to get) an Enhanced DBS andndash; we can help with that!
• Be registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) or willing to register
