The position includes assisting with maintenance tasks, producing accurate records, loading/unloading vehicles, and providing cover during staff absences. The supervisor must stay up to date with work procedures, communicate professionally, manage daily staff activities, ensure operatives have the correct equipment, deliver projects in the UK and abroad, and carry out any other reasonable tasks requested by management.
