Engineering Manager

to join their team. This role will primarily focus on managing the Site Engineering Team, ensuring that plant and machinery are maintained according to the Preventive Maintenance System to minimize equipment downtime.Responsibilities:

Observe and apply all Health and Safety policies and procedures.Develop personal coaching skills to improve team and individual performance.Ensure that the Engineering team has the necessary training, competence, knowledge, and both technical and leadership skills to achieve KPI targets.Identify projects to improve plant performance, reducing downtime, waste, labor, and complaints.Responsible for the allocation of financial resources within budget constraints.Your leadership skills, project management expertise, and technical knowledge will contribute to the success of this team.
