This team is responsible for supporting a wide range of technologies including the extensive Domino / Notes Mail and Application estate, Microsoft 365, and Symantec products across both production and test environments. What you''ll be doing• Supporting project delivery initiatives • Maintaining risk awareness across change delivery and BAU processes • Enhancing services through process improvements • Assisting the wider team in resolving complex user queries • Supporting the following technologies: IBM Domino 9 and IBM Notes 9; Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, OneDrive, Teams and SharePoint; Microsoft Entra, including Entra Connect; Microsoft Copilot We need you to have• Strong experience with IBM Lotus Domino 8.5 / 9 Server Administration in a clustered / enterprise environment • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Exchange • Understanding of messaging standards such as SMTP, DMARC, DKIM, and SPF • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Familiarity with Incident, Change and Problem Management processes • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving ..... full job details .....
