Your Role Will Involve:

• Supporting creative and structured activities tailored to each child''s needs
• Helping children overcome barriers to learning and build confidence and social skills
• Working closely with teachers, therapists, and senior leaders to deliver individualised support
• Building positive relationships to understand triggers, interests, and emotional needs

Who We''re Looking For:

• Psychology, social care (or related) graduate with a passion for working with children with SEN
• Strong empathy, resilience, creativity, and problem-solving skills
• GCSEs in Maths and English (A*-C or 4+)
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply (we can support this)
