Pay rate: -13.45 - -20.18

We are looking for Customer Service Agent to start immediately for our client based in Bury St Edmunds.

The successful Customer Service Agent will receive:

-13.45 basic

-20.18 overtime (after 7.5hrs per day)

Guaranteed 37.5hrs per week

Subsidised onsite canteen

What to expect as a Customer Service Agent:

Working Monday to Friday with 8.30am starts, you will be working with a busy fuel provider in Bury St Edmunds handling a high volume of customer care calls.

As a Customer Service Agent you must:

Previous experience in a call enter environment

Computer literacy

Polite & professional able to handle high volume of customer calls.
