– London – Up to £90k basic plus commission/bonusWe’re partnering with a leading tableware distributor that is looking for a Head of Sales to lead their sales team while actively contributing to sales efforts. Reporting directly to the CEO, this Player/Manager role will allow you to work toward achieving your own sales targets while managing a sales team.Top reasons to join

Lead and Develop Team:

Manage a small sales team, providing guidance and support to hit targets.Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Identify new opportunities to drive growth.Sales Strategy:

Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and market trends.Sales Reporting:

Monitor team performance and report on progress, providing insights to the CEO on key opportunities and challenges.Process Improvement:

Continuously refine the sales process, ensuring efficiency from lead generation through to closing.Recruitment and Team Growth:

Help recruit and onboard new sales team members, ensuring strong team performance.Travel:

Visit clients regularly.Key Skills and Experience

Proven experience in a sales leadership role, ideally in tabletop, tableware, or similar industries.Strong ability to manage and develop sales teams to achieve targets.Experience building and maintaining client relationships and managing key accounts.Solid understanding of sales strategy, performance metrics, and forecasting.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Willingness to travel as required.Please apply with your CV.Additional details
